Peptide Synthesis Charges Effective 7/1/08

Policy: Synthesis of crude peptides is "as is". We cannot guarantee a certain level of purity or yield of crude peptide because this is not predictable. However, if you order HPLC purification with the 0.1 mmol synthesis, if we cannot deliver at least one mg of product that is at least 80% peptide pure by analytical HPLC and MALDI-TOF analysis, then you do not have to pay. This only applies to the 0.1 mmol scale synthesis. The greater than 25 amino acid syntheses are technically more challenging and will require the payment of the minimum synthesis charge even in the event of synthesis failure. In the event of instrument malfunction or operator error, resynthesis will be performed free of charge.

Please note: Outside non-profit organizations will be charged a 25% surcharge over these prices.

We can accommodate virtually any available modification provided it is FMOC protected and suitably side chain protected. Additionally, many modifications to primary amines (typically N-terminus, lysine side chain, ornithine side chain and amino hexanoic acid) are also possible.
