The Rockefeller University Proteomics Resource Center

Mass Spectrometry Service and Fees

Summary of the Mass Spectrometry Service and in-house fee schedule (outside investigators will incur a 25% surcharge).  The Service operates on a first come, first served basis.  The Service will archive data for a maximum of 6 months after which the data may be deleted.  We accept outside samples from non-profit institutions but be advised that in-house investigators are given a higher priority and there is a 25% surcharge in addition to the prices given below.  Contact Mass Spectrometry at (212)327-7525 or (212)327-8869 (click here for email) before submitting your sample in order to determine the best strategy for analysis of your specific sample.

In addition to the routine service outlined below, more extensive or complex projects (proteomics, protein modifications, etc.) are welcomed on a collaborative and time available basis.  Please contact Dr. Haiteng Deng for more information and pricing.
