The Edman Sequencing Service and FeesSummary of the Edman Sequencing Service and the in-house fee schedule (outside investigators will incur a 25% surcharge). The Service operates on a first come, first served basis. The Service will archive data for a maximum of 6 months after which the data may be deleted. We accept outside samples from non-profit institutions but be advised that in-house investigators are given a higher priority and there is a 25% surcharge in addition to the prices given below. Contact Joseph Fernandez at (212) 327-8869 (click here for email) before submitting your sample in order to determine the best strategy for analysis of your specific sample. In addition to the routine service outlined below, more extensive or complex projects (protein modifications, etc.) are welcomed on a collaborative and time available basis.
